  • 1 scoop phytopur soup- greens
  • 1 bunch of kale or 1 bag of kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • pinch sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Wash and de-stem kale

Lightly chop kale into chip like pieces
