Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut or other nut butter
  • 1 cup Phytopúr Shake - Vanilla, powder
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp pea milk or other dairy or non-dairy beverage
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 oz butter (or nondairy butter replacement, ie. Coconut oil), softened
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or pieces
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Directions

Add into a bowl: peanut butter, oats, shake powder, butter. Mix with mixer on low speed or stir vigorously.

Next, add in: vanilla extract, mashed banana, maple syrup, milk, chocolate chips and stir.

Form dough into balls and roll in chia seeds.

Place on baking sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour.
